Often times the pillow is not exactly the firmness you anticipated, either too soft or too firm, it is very subjective and difficult to get it perfect. We will go to great lengths to make sure that you are satisfied with your pillow, including adding or removing fill and shipping it back to you. This is part of our effort to make certain that our customers get what they need.
How To Return
1. Please include a note asking for a refund or adjustment of pillows. 2. Please use for your protection, Fed Ex Ground or United Parcel Service (UPS) with proof of delivery. If your package is lost in return shipment and if it cannot be tracked, we cannot replace it or refund your purchase. 3. A refund in the amount of the product will be issued within 14 business days upon receipt of your package(s). Note: Unless the return is the result of our error, a refund will not be issued for shipping charges incurred. 4. You will receive a credit letter confirming your return and credit.
