How To Return
1. Please include a note showing what you would like the pillows fill weight adjusted or a refund. Include your return address.
2. Please use for your protection, UPS Ground or United Parcel Service (UPS) with proof of delivery. If your package is lost in return shipment and if it cannot be tracked, we cannot replace it or refund your purchase.
3. A refund in the amount of the product will be issued within 14 business days upon receipt of your package(s). Note: Unless the return is the result of our error, a refund will not be issued for shipping charges incurred.
4. You will receive an Credit Letter confirming your return and credit. Please contact our Customer Service Representatives at brendacrossno@comcast.net with questions regarding your return.
